Can you believe we are in September already!!
I do love the start of a new month, a time to set new goals and start a blank page in the diary!
After the challenging 18 months we have had, perhaps you are now thinking it’s time to focus on your health and wellbeing!
We are in the last quarter of 2021!!! There is still time to make some changes to your health and fitness before the end of the year!
What are your goals for the next 30 days, 60 days and 90 days!?
I recommend setting small goals to begin with. Write them down and share them with someone so you can be held accountable.
They don’t have to be huge goals. It could be getting out for a 10 minute walk each day, maybe you need to increase your water intake.
Over time these small consistent actions add up to bigger actions!

ONLINE STUDIO

STUDIO with around 12 classes a week. There is a mix of live and pre-recorded sessions which can be done live or at a time that suits you. There is something for everyone and a great way to keep fit from home. I have posted the class timetable below for this week.
4 WEEK BOOTCAMP AT THE STUDIO
If you are local to Bromsgrove, then my next 4 week Bootcamp may be just for you. It is held at The Studio and starts on 6th September. You could easily drop a dress size within the 4 weeks and that’s without starving yourself!
Early Morning Bootcamp – Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6am – 6.45am
Evening Bootcamp – You can choose up to 3 sessions from the following days and times: Monday 7pm, Tuesday 7pm, Wednesday 7pm, Thursday 7pm and Saturday 10.30am.
