But despite the uncertainty all around us, let’s remember that summer is almost here. What does that mean for your healthy lifestyles?
Well, it usually means looking better with less clothes on, as we spend more time outdoors, right?
And that’s great, of course.
But this year, let’s add a touch of grace to our desire to lose a few pounds, grow muscle, or tighten and tone.
We’ve all been through a lot of disruption, to put it mildly. No one’s daily routines were unchanged – and some of us have been through life-changing ordeals. Wherever you fall on that spectrum, remember to acknowledge the challenges you met over the last year. The adjustments you made. The discipline you showed for yourself, your loved ones, and your community.
Now … take three deep breaths… and think about what’s coming this summer… Travel? Fitness goals? New ways to eat better?

Here’s how we can help you achieve your health and fitness goals over the next 6 weeks:
- You will attend up to 3 sessions per week to get your moving, burning calories and building toned muscle.
- You will receive a detailed nutrition plan (e-book) to help you lose anything up to 14lbs of body fat over the 42 days
- Healthy Recipe Book (e-book) with lots of tasty recipes to help you stay on plan
- Accountability and support from your trainer
You will be asked to measure yourself at the beginning and the end of the 4 Week Body Transformation Program but we can weigh you if you do not have scales.
The fee for the 4 Week Body Transformation programme plus your 2 FREE WEEKS is £97
Places are limited so to secure your place, payments need to be made in full by Friday 21st May
4 Week Bootcamp + 2 Free Weeks
The program doesn't end after the 6 weeks. You will have an option to continue your health and fitness journey with us. The monthly fee after the initial 6 weeks will be just £48.
The exercise sessions will be held at The Studio, Unit 5 Aston Fields Trade Park, Sherwood Road, Bromsgrove B60 3DR.
Early Morning Bootcamp Sessions – Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 6am – 6.45am
Flexible Bootcamp – Choose up to 3 sessions per week from the following days and times: Monday 6am, 7pm, Tuesday 7pm, Wednesday 6am, Thursday 7pm, Friday 6am, Saturday 10.30am
All the fitness sessions are held at The Studio.
