Since lockdown started last March and in-person classes could no longer take place, I've been running a Private Facebook group where I've been hosting a full timetable of live and pre-recorded classes every week.
Members of the group can join in the real-time classes with me live or they can catch up on them anytime, as all of the live videos stay in the group, giving members access to them whenever they would like to do them! There are over 1,000 workouts in the group now!!
As well as the live classes, the group is a lovely community to be part of...full of like-minded lovely people.
Membership to the group is just £10 per week and you get access to a timetable of around 12 classes per week.
