NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT CHILDCARE SO YOU CAN GET OUT
NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT TRAVELLING IN THE TRAFFIC TO A VENUE

How much is it to join in?
You pay £10 weekly and that gives you access to 12+ classes per week plus all the whole library of workouts we have done over the last 6 months, you can start and stop payments at
anytime
Do I have to do them live at your set times?
No all classes are recorded so that you can do them whenever and however many times you like
I am not very fit will I be able to manage?
Yes we have a range of different styles of classes, low impact through to high impact...something for every fitness level, modifications are always given and if you have a specific injury please let me know and I will advise
you
Do I need equipment?
No you do not, some classes we do use weights, but household objects can easily be used instead, do not let not having a pair of dumbbells be a barrier to you - we can always work around
it
How do I stay motivated at home?
We have an amazing Facebook group where all the workouts are housed, and everyone always comments when they have done a class for accountability along with fresh new classes each week to keep you from getting
bored
