Mine are:
1. Swapping my afternoon and evening drinks from Green Tea to caffeine free herbal drinks
2. Get back on track with my own exercise sessions. Injuries have held me back for a few months. Although I still have the injuries, they have improved and I will work around them! Also to do add more walking into my week!
3. Catch up with my course work on my business course!
