Since lockdown started and in-person classes could no longer take place, I've been running a Private Facebook group where I've been hosting a full timetable of live and pre-recorded classes every week.
Members of the group can join in the real-time classes with me live or they can catch up on them anytime, as all of the live videos stay in the group, giving members access to them whenever they would like to do them! There are over 400 workouts in the group now!!
As well as the live classes, the group is a lovely community to be part of...full of like-minded lovely people.
Even though The Studio reopened almost 3 months ago, many people are preferring to stay online for the time being and my members who are back at The Studio with me are saying how much the online sessions help when they can't always make it to a live class meaning they never have to
miss their workout!
Membership to the group is just £10 per week and you get access to a timetable of around 15 classes per week.
