Lots of women I talk to about exercising say they just don't have time to exercise....they want to but they can't spend an hour or so in the gym several times a week due to other commitments!
If you are one of these women, here is my tip for today:
Exercise Whenever You Can
Walk more, park further away, include incidental activity, get busy outside, be satisfied with ten minutes of formal exercise if you can’t fit in 30 minutes. Just DO something. And no, watching exercise infomercials doesn’t count

I understand very well what it's like to be super busy! I work crazy hours and even though I exercise a lot due to my work, I still have to work out on my own fitness. When I am teaching, I am there for my participants to get the best out of their workout, it is
not my workout, therefore, I have to make time for mine!
Some weeks I only have a few minutes here and there so this is why I have put my 12 Days of Christmas Fitness together.
