I don't watch the news that often however, last week on This Morning they interviewed a GP on who was saying that we should all be thinking about how we can keep ourselves as healthy and fit as we can as we approach the autumn/winter!
Which I really agree with..that is some news I can get behind!!!!
We should be taking care of ourselves, now more than ever by:
Nourishing our bodies with good food
Drinking water
Decreasing the amount of alcohol
Increasing activity
Getting 6-8 hours of sleep
Reducing stress
These are things we can do to help boost our immune system and make ourselves as well as possible.....do you think you are ticking those boxes...what could you work on this week?
