Once payment is received, you will be added to the "Online at The Studio" Facebook group where you will be able to do all of these classes at the time stated on the timetable or at a time that suits you as you will have full access to these workouts for the time of your membership. There are now over 170 workouts in
the group to choose from! You can join anytime.
