When lockdown was first imposed and I had to close The Studio, I quickly moved my fitness classes online! It has worked so well and even though I will always prefer to teach in person classes, I am loving teaching online and my participants are telling me they do too!!!
Here are the top 5 reasons I think it works so well...
1. Time – You don’t have to spend time rushing to get to a class after work, or battling through traffic, you can simply pop your trainers on and be in front of your screen 2 minutes before the class starts!!!
2. Choice – My participants tell me that they are loving trying out sessions that they would never have had the confidence to try at The Studio. There are lots of different sessions to choose from and love the variety.
3. Less Risk – If you have health conditions or live with someone with health conditions, I understand that you may not feel comfortable exercising with a group of people at the moment, so doing the sessions in the comfort of your own home may feel the safer option for you right now!
4. Flexibility – You Can Do The Sessions When It Suits You! You can do them live with me or at a time to SUIT YOU…. At The Studio we have to have set times and days but with the ONLINE STUDIO, you have a library of workouts to choose from and can do them anytime you want!
5. Less Stress – you don’t have commit to the same classes each week….. maybe your partner isn’t back from work in time for you to get to your class because there’s no one to have the kids…. or you are held up at work or in traffic and don’t get to make class….. online classes takes the stress away…you can always catch up later or do it the next
day….you never have to completely miss a class! You can even get the kids to do it with you or you can do it while they are playing!
ALL AMAZING REASONS THAT THE ONLINE STUDIO SESSIONS WORK FOR MY PARTICIPANTS!!
