I love planning my online classes for the next week.....all my classes are 30 - 45 minutes.
There's a real mix so there is something to suit everyone. I offer lots of variations and options during the workouts so that everyone can work at their own level.
Most of them can be done with your own bodyweight and those that do require equipment can be done using tins of beans instead of dumbbells or kettlebells if you don't have them.
I have women of all ages and fitness levels working out with me everyday from their home.....you can join in live or do them any time to suit you!!!!
