……and while it's not great news for those of us who love to exercise in a group, I totally understand that there's a valid reason the doors are still closed….
But as I suspected following last week’s announcement, doors to gyms, leisure centres and dance studios remain firmly closed for the time being.
The uproar on social media within the fitness industry was like a small tsunami 🌊 I kid you
not!!!
I have a feeling that it will be at least another month or more before things change in the leisure industry!
Nothing would make me happier than being back with you all, but for now, I will continue to deliver online fitness sessions to help you stay healthy and fit!
Training from home isn’t actually all that bad…. You can still manage to get good results and tone up those wobbly bits provided you are challenging your body in a way that improves your strength and endurance.
The issue is that most women don’t really know how to do that and even if they do, it’s hard to find the motivation or willpower to do it on your own.
Life just ends up getting in the way and before you know it a new month is rolling in and you're not quite fit and toned as you'd like to be.
Which might be where you are at right now???
Without access to the gym, fitness classes or swimming you might be feeling a little deflated but don't worry I have a solution to help you get your fitness mojo back!!!!
In fact, I have 3 options for you to choose from:
Option 1:
If you need some help to be consistent with your exercise sessions then my LIVE online sessions are for you.
You can exercise with me daily from the comfort of your own home! There are sessions to suit all abilities, levels and tastes.
The online sessions are held in a private Facebook group. There’s a mix of LIVE sessions and pre-recorded sessions and they are between 30 – 45 minutes. If you would like to join us click HERE.
Option 2:
I understand that not everyone wants to join Facebook to access my online workouts so I have been uploading most of the workouts I have taught to my online group over the last 13 weeks to my YOUTUBE channel.
These are full sessions which include the warm up and stretch. They vary between 30 – 45 minutes. If you would like any of these workouts to do from home without having to be in my private Facebook group then I have a couple of options for you:
You can purchase one session for £5 or 3 for £10.
You can mix and match the sessions. Let me know which ones you would like and I will send you the link for payment. Once payment has been made, the links will be sent to you and you will have lifetime access to the workouts so you can do them as many times as you wish.
Some of the workouts require equipment so if you don’t have equipment to use, let me know and I will send you the workouts which can be done bodyweight only.
Option 3:
If you need some help with your nutrition too then my Midsection Meltdown plan will help you do just that.
You’ll get 10 daily workouts around 15 – 20 minutes, to do at home and a 7 Day Reset Plan which gives you recipes to use if you want to follow a simple nutrition plan to banish that bloated feeling and reset your energy levels.
