Online at The Studio - Timetable for Week Commencing 25th May

I hope you're keeping well?

Can you believe we're approaching the 10th week of lockdown?!?!

My online members are telling me that not only are the Online at The Studio classes helping them to stay fit (and in some cases even fitter than before) they're also helping with their mental health and helping them to keep sane during these uncertain times.

Here’s the timetable for week commencing the 25th May:

CLASSES ARE HELD IN A PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP

THE SESSIONS WILL BE A MIX OF LIVE AND PRE-RECORDED VIDEOS

£10 PER WEEK

ALL CLASSES ARE BETWEEN 30 – 45 MINUTES

Come and work out with me from the comfort of your own home.

You can subscribe below for £10 a week……this can be cancelled at anytime

Online at The Studio

Once payment is received, you will be added to the "Online at The Studio" Facebook group where you will be able to do all of these classes at the time stated on the timetable or at a time that suits you as you will have full access to these workouts for the time of your membership.
