Online at The Studio - Timetable for Week Commencing 11th May

I hope you're enjoying the Bank Holiday weekend...it's a shame the weather isn't so nice today but haven't we been lucky for the last few weeks?

It's been a great week of classes for my Online members.

CLASSES ARE HELD IN A PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP

THE SESSIONS WILL BE A MIX OF LIVE AND PRE-RECORDED VIDEOS

£10 PER WEEK

ALL CLASSES ARE BETWEEN 30 – 45 MINUTES

Come and work out with me from the comfort of your own home.

You can subscribe below for £10 a week……this can be cancelled at anytime

Online at The Studio

Once payment is received, you will be added to the "Online at The Studio" Facebook group where you will be able to do all of these classes at the time stated on the timetable or at a time that suits you as you will have full access to these workouts for the time of your membership.
