I love the sunshine and warmer days!
Everything seems better with the sunshine, don’t you agree?
I love to be outside and since going into lockdown over 9 weeks ago being able to do the majority of my classes LIVE from my patio has definitely helped to keep me going.
Today is predicted to be a hot day so here is a reminder of what to do when exercising in the heat:
1. Make sure to drink water before, during and after your workout
2. Take it at your own pace and modify the workouts if needed
3. Wear loose comfortable clothing
4. Keep a cold wet flannel in the fridge for during and after your workout
