How are you coping with the "lockdown"?

I've had a lot of requests for a Zumba session since going online...it's taken me a while to sort this out due to music/performance licences etc. but this week I will be providing a LIVE session on Wednesday at 7pm.

Here’s the full online timetable for week commencing 27th April:

CLASSES ARE HELD IN A PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP

THE SESSIONS WILL BE A MIX OF LIVE AND PRE-RECORDED VIDEOS

£10 PER WEEK

ALL CLASSES ARE BETWEEN 30 – 45 MINUTES

Come and work out with me from the comfort of your own home.

You can subscribe below for £10 a week……this can be cancelled at anytime

Online at The Studio

Once payment is received, you will be added to the "Online at The Studio" Facebook group where you will be able to do all of these classes at the time stated on the timetable or at a time that suits you as you will have full access to these workouts for the time of your membership.
