Online at The Studio - Timetable for Week Commencing 30th March

I don’t know about you but it seems much longer than a week since I had to close The Studio!!

This week has been challenging in lots of ways however, I am getting used to teaching my classes and Personal Training sessions online!!

Isn’t it amazing how quickly we can adapt to new situations?

How are you getting on with your new routine? Are you adapting or finding it hard?

I’ve received a few messages from friends and members saying they are feeling low and missing social interaction and I can totally understand that!

Lots of my members who have joined my online sessions have said that the home workouts have really helped them, not only keep their exercise routine going but they’ve helped them de-stress and have given them some normality in their day!!

We have created a really supportive community and it’s lovely to see everyone support one another within the group, give them a high five when they’ve completed their workouts and ‘chat’ with each other!

If you would like to join us, click HERE……yesterday we had someone join us from Spain and one member is currently stuck on a cruise ship and has been able to join us for online classes, so you can totally workout with us from wherever you are in the world!!

THE SESSIONS WILL BE A MIX OF LIVE AND PRE-RECORDED VIDEOS

£10 PER WEEK – FREE TO EXISTING MEMBERS

ALL CLASSES ARE BETWEEN 30 – 45 MINUTES

You can subscribe below for £10 a week……this can be cancelled at anytime

Once payment is received, you will be added to the "Online at The Studio" Facebook group where you will be able to do all of these classes at the time stated on the timetable or at a time that suits you as you will have full access to these workouts for the time of your membership.
