I've been totally blown away from the support I've received this past couple of weeks…..
From my awesome Studio members, who have embraced the virtual workouts with me leaping around my living room!
My online members have certainly stepped up and smashed their workouts while trying to juggle working from home and home schooling.
From other coaches who have reached out with a 'we've got this' message.
And of course from my friends and family who have checked in on me regularly too.
It's actually been a very challenging time but I’ve managed to get lots of things done and even though I still have work things to do, for today, I am taking some time to breathe.
It's been an emotionally draining few weeks and I'm in need of some down time.
I've been for a walk and I’ve got a book I have been meaning to read for ages so I will be switching off from the world for the rest of the afternoon!
I hope that your week's been okay, that you've got support around you and that you're managing to get some time for you too
Because we all deserve a little self-love .....
