No - The exercise videos are loaded into the private members portal for you to work alongside with each day in your own home
Q - Do I Need Any Equipment?
No as the exercise videos are all done with body weight training
Q - I'm Not Very Fit, Will I Be Ok To Sign Up?
Yes of course, there are some modifications in the videos
and you can slow down or speed up depending on how you feel
Q - I'm A Fussy Eater, Is There Lots Of Choice With The Diet?
Yes, absolutely! You actually get access to 2 nutrition plans

Q - I'm Not Very Tech Savvy, How Do I Access The Workouts?
Don't worry as it's really simple to access everything in the members area
