Circuit Mixx β Monday 18th November 8-8.45pm

Circuit Mixx is a workout that combines resistance training with aerobic exercise. When it comes to getting lean and mean in a hurry, it's one of the most effective types of exercise programme. It typically involves a series of exercises, typically 2 β 10, at different stations laid out in a circuit. The circuit includes a series of resistance stations using weights or body
weight exercises such as press ups and squats to strengthen and tone your body and cardiovascular stations like shuttle runs and jumping jacks to strengthen your heart and lungs!

STRONG By ZumbaΒ - Monday 25th November 8-8.45pm

Have you tried Strong By Zumba yet?
STRONG BY ZUMBAβ’ is effectively a high intensity workout that has put a unique spin on challenging HIIT exercises by syncing the moves to music. It uses more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition. This class is not a dance class.
We have a regular class on Tuesdays at 6pm but we know that time is not suitable for everyone so we are putting on a special session on Monday 25th November at 8-8.45pm so that you can come and try it.
Strong By Zumba includes press ups, planks, boxing, lunging, squatting! It basically includes every move we do in a regular HIIT class and you will have a blast doing it!

Kettlercise β Monday 2nd December 8-8.45pm
Β
Kettlercise is a body transformation and toning class using lightweight kettlebells. It is a combination of 30+ exercises that last one minute each. The minute-long exercises alternate between upper and lower body, to ensure you work every muscle group.
