Hi ,
We’ve just returned from a lovely weekend away in Ludlow to celebrate Paul’s birthday! 🎉 Our caravan trip was such a refreshing break - Mitzi came along too and she absolutely loves holidaying with us.
Saturday was bright and dry, so we made the most of it with a long walk into Ludlow, mooching around the town and
walking back - lots of steps logged for the day! It was so nice to explore somewhere different, enjoy the fresh air and have a little break from the usual routine.
Sunday was all about celebrating Paul's Birthday with a lovely meal out. Sitting down, laughing and relaxing reminded me how important these moments are. Sometimes, it’s not about sticking to a perfect plan - it’s about enjoying life and creating memories.
Of course, Monday came around quickly and
it was back to reality: unloading the caravan, hitting the gym, catching up with check-ins, and preparing for the Midlife Mojo Zoom call. The last couple of weeks haven’t been my best - being ill and then away threw my routine out a little - but that’s okay.
I always tell my clients, especially women over 40, that life happens and routines get disrupted. The key is: what’s the next thing you can do to get back on track?
For me, that meant
moving my body first thing, getting organised and planning my week. It doesn’t have to be perfect - just consistent, small steps that help you feel in control again.
💡 Your challenge this week: Think about one simple thing you can do today to reconnect with your routine. Whether it’s a short walk, prepping your meals, or even just writing down your goals for the week, that next step matters more than perfection.
If you’d like a little
extra support, accountability and motivation to stay on track no matter what life throws at you, our Midlife Mojo community is here to help. Together, we’ll make sure you stay strong, confident, and moving towards your best half of life - at any age.
