I wanted to quickly follow up on my last email…
I had quite a few replies from women who are dealing with injuries right now - shoulders, backs, knees and feeling unsure what they should be doing.
And I just want to say this…
Doing nothing isn’t usually the answer.
But
neither is jumping straight back into what you used to do.
There’s a middle ground.
That’s where we:
→ Adjust movements
→ Build strength gradually
→ Improve how your body moves
→ And rebuild your confidence step by step
Because when you’ve had an injury, it’s not just physical…it’s the hesitation, the doubt, the “what if I make it worse?”
I completely get that. I’ve been there
myself.
And it’s exactly why I coach the way I do now.
