This month marks 12 months since I joined Valhalla Gym - and I can’t quite believe how quickly that’s gone!
Before that, I was training in my garden gym, which is also where I train my personal training and small group clients. I’m really proud of that space - it’s fully
equipped with free weights, benches and all the essentials for a great training session. But it doesn’t have machines and sometimes I just need a little change of scenery.
Joining Valhalla has been such a positive move for me. It’s become my afternoon reset - a chance to step out of my work environment, focus on myself and enjoy some proper “me time.” The gym itself is friendly, welcoming and full of energy and I’ve noticed
how much stronger I’ve become over the past year. It’s amazing what a change of environment (and a few new toys to play with!) can do for your motivation and results.
Training at Home vs. Training in the Gym
A lot of my online clients ask whether they need to train in a gym - and the answer is always the same: you can get results wherever you feel most
comfortable.

Training at Home:
