Can you believe we’re heading into the last three months of 2025? 😲
The year has flown by so quickly, and this is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and ask: how do I want to finish this year?
Last week I shared how busy and full September was - sunshine, celebrations and the
exciting launch of my Midlife Mojo Method! It really was a month filled with energy and momentum, both for me and for my clients.
We’ve just come back from a lovely family weekend in Santander, which was our last break for a while. It’s been such a busy few weeks with travel and celebrations but now I’m home and ready to get back into routine and refocus on what’s ahead.
As we move into October, I’ve been
setting my own goals for this final stretch of the year. For me, it’s about:
💪 Getting back into consistent training
🥗 Keeping my nutrition on track
🔥 Staying focused on my bigger long-term goal
Because the truth is - these next three months can make a huge difference.

For women over 40, it’s so easy to put ourselves last - family, work, and “life” take over. But what if, just for these last 90 days, you made yourself the priority?
It doesn’t have to be about huge transformations or perfection. It’s about small, consistent actions:
✔ Moving your body regularly
✔ Fuelling yourself well
✔ Prioritising rest and recovery
✔ Celebrating progress instead of waiting
for “perfect”
