Hi ,
Wow – September has been such a full (and fun!) month that I wanted to take a moment to share it with you.
We started the month with some sunshine in beautiful Crete – the perfect way to recharge before diving into everything September had in store.
On the 8th, I launched my Midlife Mojo
Method and it’s been incredible seeing clients – both in person and online – already making fantastic progress. I’m so proud of the commitment, consistency and results I’m seeing.
We also squeezed in a caravan weekend in Dorset 🚐🌿 and had some very special celebrations:
🥂 My Dad’s birthday with a lovely family meal
💕 Our 21st wedding anniversary (and 28 years together!)
🙌 And a career milestone – 28 years since my very first fitness course,
“Exercise to Music” – the beginning of my journey in this industry I love so much.
With all that going on, my own training has taken a little back seat… but that’s okay. October is about refocusing on my own goals, and I’m excited to get back on track.
