With almost 30 years’ experience in the fitness industry, I tailor every session to the people in the room. Exercises are always adapted and
modified, so you can work at your own pace and level, whatever your starting point.
You don’t need to be fit, flexible or confident to begin - just willing to show up and give it a go.
