Hi ,
As we step into 2026, I’ve been taking some time to reflect - and I wanted to share a few thoughts with you.
I’m truly grateful for all that 2025 brought, even the parts that were hard (and there were quite a few of those!). While it wasn’t the easiest year for me personally, I do believe it’s important to
honour all of it and still focus on the positives.
Some of my personal highlights from 2025 were:
🇬🇷 A beautiful holiday in Tilos in June
🇬🇷 Villa holiday in Crete in September
🇪🇸 A special family weekend in Santander with Mum, Dad, my sister and brother-in-law
🇬🇧 Caravan breaks in Ludlow and Dorset
💪 And most importantly - helping my clients become stronger and feel good doing it (their words, not mine!)
And I’m
just getting started.
As we move into 2026, here are some of the things I’m really excited about:
🚙 More adventures around the UK in our caravan (something we didn’t do enough of last year - so this is a non-negotiable!)
⚖️ Creating a better work/life balance - this has always been a challenge for me and last year I went nearly eight months with just one day off
💪 Getting fully back on track with my own health and fitness goals after surgery, injuries, and the
loss of my auntie towards the end of 2025
💪 Supporting and helping even more women become the best version of themselves
I always like to spend time at the end of the year reflecting:
Did I achieve my goals?
What worked well?
What didn’t work for me?
What do I want to create in the year ahead?
I’d absolutely encourage you to do the same.
You see, it’s never really been about New Year’s resolutions for
me.
We all know how that usually goes - statistically, fewer than 10% of people actually stick to them. Instead, I believe that if you want to create real change in any area of your life, it has to start now. Not on a Monday. Not on 1st January. But right now.
So I’d love you to reflect on this…
Imagine your life one year from now. What if everything was exactly the same as it is today - your work,
relationships, health, finances, how you spend your time?
If nothing changed, how would that make you feel?
For many people, even if life feels “fine” on the surface, a lack of growth over time can lead to frustration, dissatisfaction, or even a sense of failure.
Growth is a basic human need - you’ve probably heard the phrase “If you’re not growing, you’re dying.”
The truth is, I know that you, just
like me, are capable of so much more.
If you’d like to, I’d love you to reply and share your thoughts with me. And if the idea of being in the same place this time next year feels stressful or overwhelming, ask yourself:
What is one small thing I can change today to create a different future?
Because the future always starts now.
And while change can happen at any time, there is something powerful
about a fresh year ahead - a clean slate, new energy and endless possibility.
Please know that I’m here to support you however I can in 2026 and beyond.
Happy New Year to you.
Let’s make 2026 everything we desire - because everything we desire truly is available. ❤️
