We recently wrapped up Week 12 of Phase 1 of the Midlife Mojo Method and I am honestly blown away by the transformations I’ve witnessed over the last three months. Not just physical - but emotional, mental and lifestyle shifts that are changing lives in the
most powerful ways.
These incredible women have shown what’s possible in midlife when we have the right support, structure and community… and I wanted to share some of their wins with you because they might just inspire your next step too.
Real Wins From Real Midlife Women
These are women in their 40s, 50s and 60s. Busy. Working. Caring for family. Navigating menopause. Facing curveballs. Real
life.
And yet… they have created real change:
💪 Strength & Confidence
- One woman can now do full press-ups - a goal she thought belonged to her younger years.
- Another has completely fallen in love with weight training and feels stronger and more empowered than she has in decades.
- Several have noticed huge changes in their lower body strength, shape and confidence - because they’re training smart, not
just training more.

- One of my ladies is 18lbs down - slow, steady, consistent progress without restriction.
- Another went away FIVE times over the 12 weeks and still lost weight because she now knows how to navigate meals out, holidays, travel and busy days - without falling off track.
🧠 Mindset Breakthroughs
- “I don’t start again on Mondays
anymore - I just keep going.”
- “I trust myself around food now.”
- “I feel calmer, clearer and more in control.”
Honestly… I’ve had goosebumps reading their weekly check-ins.
This is the work that truly changes lives in midlife.
Wrapping Up Phase 1 & Heading into December
Now we move into a different kind of month - the festive season.
A time where most people
abandon their routines and feel awful in January.
But not the women in this programme.
They’re learning how to:
- Maintain momentum
- Navigate holidays with awareness (not restriction)
- Choose what matters most
- Stay connected to their habits - even if those habits are scaled down
- Enjoy December without guilt
And in January… we elevate.
Phase 2 - The
Elevation Phase (Starting Soon)
This next phase is all about taking the foundations we’ve built and deepening them:
- Next-level strength training techniques
- More advanced programming
- A deeper dive into nutrition & micronutrients
- Improved recovery strategies
- More mindset coaching
- Nervous system regulation
- Community accountability
- In-person meet-ups
- And reconnecting with goals for
2026
The women already inside are excited - and they should be.
This next level is where things get really fun.
