The number one reason most women don’t get the results they want isn’t because they’re lazy, unmotivated, or doing the wrong workouts…

It takes time - more than 4 weeks!
We live in a world where we expect instant results - and if we don’t see change quickly, we start to doubt ourselves.

You can’t build strength, confidence and new habits in just a few weeks.
You’ve got to give your body - and your mind - the time to adapt, learn and
