I hope you’re all doing well and easing into November feeling positive and strong.
I wanted to share a little personal update with you this week - because life has a funny way of testing us just when we feel like we’re getting back on track, doesn’t it?
Last Monday, I had to have a mole removed from my
right foot! It was one of those situations where I only had a week’s notice - probably a good thing really, as there wasn’t much time to dwell on it!
It was only a minor op, but it’s meant I had to cancel all my in-person clients (a huge thank you to Vicki for covering my Pilates sessions 💕) and an even bigger thank you to all of you for your patience and understanding while I recover.
To say it’s been frustrating would be
an understatement - I’d just got myself back into a great training routine after our holidays and mini breaks and then… boom! Curveball! I’ve not been able to train at all, or even go for a walk. I’ve had to spend most of the week sitting with my leg raised and no lifting for 2–3 weeks.
But… you know me - I like to turn challenges into opportunities! 😉
So, I’ve made the most of this downtime to get all my online coaching clients set up
properly on my brand-new app, and I’m so excited about the results that are already coming in after just 8 weeks!
We’re seeing not just physical transformations, but mindset shifts too - women handling difficult situations, facing their own curveballs but staying consistent and not slipping back into old habits. That’s where the real progress happens.
Here are just a few of the recent wins from my amazing ladies:

client’s daughter told her, “Mum, your tummy looks smaller!” - such a confidence boost!
✨ Another said she’s feeling more toned and strong in her body for the first time in years.
✨ Several have noticed their clothes fitting better and their energy levels soaring.
✨ Many have shared how their mindset has completely changed - they’re no longer all-or-nothing, but learning to adapt and stay consistent even when life gets busy.
These are the kind of changes
that go far beyond the scales.
Because here’s the truth - life will never be linear. There’s never a perfect time to start making changes. You just have to commit, start where you are and keep showing up - even when it’s not convenient.
We’re now in November, which means just over 8 weeks until 2026 (how did that happen?!). Imagine where you could be by then if you started
today.
