I’m excited to let you know that two new 8-week Pilates courses are starting this week – and they’re perfect whether you’re new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking to improve posture and ease persistent
niggles.
Wednesdays 7:15pm – Bromsgrove School Dance Studio
Thursdays 5:50pm – Avoncroft Arts Centre, Main Hall

With almost 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialise in helping people improve strength, flexibility and mobility in a way that’s gentle, effective and sustainable.
Pilates is one of the
