I know it’s been a little quiet from me on social media and in your inbox lately... and that’s because July was full-on (in a good way!) after my lovely holiday and then straight back into a very busy schedule with in-person clients.
August has kicked off in the same way – super busy but full of energy! I’ve been working with so many amazing
women getting back into training after a break or injury, and I’ve got to say – I LOVE helping them build their strength, confidence and mojo again. It’s so inspiring to watch.
And now... something really exciting is happening!
My brand new 12-week online programme officially starts next month!
I’ve already welcomed 5 fabulous women into the programme early – they’ve got their personalised
training plans and got off to a brilliant start yesterday. We’ve also created a lovely, supportive vibe in our private WhatsApp group where everyone can stay motivated and encouraged every step of the way.
