Over time, these small choices compound into big results.
How to Shift Your Mindset
- Focus on Consistency: Aim for 80/20 - consistently making good choices 80% of the time will take you further than striving for 100%.
- Reflect on Progress: Write down your wins each week, no matter how small they seem. Seeing your progress will keep you motivated.
- Practice Self-Compassion: Treat yourself with kindness when you stumble. Use setbacks as
learning opportunities, not excuses to quit.
