How has July been for you so far? For me, it’s been a whirlwind of sun, sea and much-needed relaxation. I’ve just returned from a fantastic trip to Greece and I can’t wait to share some of the highlights with you.

Discovering Tilos: The Heart of Authentic Greece
The first two weeks of our adventure were
spent on the beautiful island of Tilos. If you haven’t heard of it, Tilos is a hidden gem that perfectly captures the essence of authentic Greece. Picture this: stunning walks, quiet beaches, endless sunshine and mouth-watering food. And to top it all off, our hotel room boasted the most amazing views.
This trip was exactly what I needed. It had been seven months since my last break and I could feel burnout creeping in again. As a fitness instructor, I know the signs all too
well. The long days, the constant drive to improve and the relentless pace had taken their toll. In hindsight, we shouldn't have waited so long to take a holiday. Even though I love my work, the intensity can be overwhelming. I’m always thinking about work, even on weekends and when I’m not teaching classes or coaching clients, I’m researching and updating my knowledge to better serve my clients.

An Unforgettable Journey to the
Peloponnese
After our relaxing time in Tilos, we travelled across to the Peloponnese. This leg of our journey was truly an amazing experience and it wasn’t a holiday in the traditional sense. Back to the Grind: Recharged and Ready
Today, I’m back
to work, and I’m looking forward to catching up on messages and reconnecting with my in-person clients for personal training and Pilates classes. It’s going to be a busy week, but I’m eager to see my amazing clients again. I’ve missed them all!
