We’re excited to announce that we’ll be offering a brand-new 8-week Pilates course, starting on Wednesday, 4th September, at 7.15 pm, at the Dance Studio at Bromsgrove School. This is a fantastic opportunity to dedicate time to yourself, improve your overall health and join a supportive community.
