I hope you've all had a fantastic week and are enjoying the bank holiday weekend. This past week has been incredibly busy and rewarding, as I've had the pleasure of celebrating numerous wins with my clients. Their dedication and achievements are truly inspiring, and I wanted to share some of their stories with you.

- Incredible Weight Loss: One of my clients has lost an impressive 10lbs in just one week, thanks to a bespoke nutrition plan tailored to her needs. She's also shed several centimetres off her body. Her goal is to lose a stone before her holiday in 10 weeks, and she's almost there after just one week!
- Post Injury Strength: Another client, who broke her elbow two
years ago, returned to me in January for personal training. After 18 months of limited activity, she wanted to regain her strength and confidence. Last week marked her final one-on-one session with me and she’s now ready to join our Kettlercise group. She told me she is also finding jobs around the house and garden much easier to do and is loving getting back her independence again. She’s in her late 60s, proving it’s never too late to get strong and confident.
- Recovery and Resilience: A new client in her 80s came to me after a hip replacement following a fall. Her goal is to return to Pilates classes, and I have no doubt she will achieve this with our tailored training program.
- Fitting into Smaller Clothes: Another client is celebrating fitting back into her smaller clothes, a testament to her hard work and determination.
- Cystic Fibrosis Victory: A client with cystic fibrosis has increased her lung capacity and strength, and has lost 7 lbs in just 8 weeks through weight training with my LIFT group.
- Fitness After 40: My online group, "Fitness after 40," is thriving. Members are getting stronger, building a better mindset, and supporting each other through monthly challenges. Their progress is absolutely
amazing.
These are just a few of my clients' transformations. There are lots more stories I could share, and I want to help even more women like them achieve their health and fitness goals. Clients, ranging in age from their 40s to their 80s, demonstrate that it's never too late to improve your health, lose weight, get strong, or achieve any goal you set for yourself. Their results have made my week, and this is exactly why I love what I
do.
