We have 8 weeks left in
2023!!! There is still time to make some positive changes before the end of the year!
Don’t wait until January 1st to start over again!!
Start now, start today rather than putting it off until after Christmas!!
You could be using these next 8 weeks to improve your health and be much further ahead of yourself so you feel great going into the New Year!
If your goals are to lose
weight, improve your health and fitness then why wait another 8 weeks…..why waste the next 8 weeks when you could be doing something to work on you so you head into 2024 in a more positive frame of mind!
It’s never too
late to focus on your health and wellbeing! But the best time to start is today!
What are your goals for the next 30 days and 60 days!? I recommend setting small goals to begin with, maybe just 2 – 3
max! Write them down and share them with someone so you can be held accountable. They don’t have to be huge goals. It could be getting out for a 10 minute walk each day, increasing your water intake or reducing processed

ONLINE STUDIO
If you want to get moving more then click HERE to join my ONLINE STUDIO with around 6 new classes a week and almost 4 years of back sessions
to choose from. There is something for everyone and a great way to keep fit from home. The current weekly sessions are Pilates, HIIT, Kettlercise, Body Blast and Body Conditioning. Past sessions include step, dance and many more.

We have Pilates classes running on Mondays at 10am and 6pm and Thursdays at 5.50pm at Avoncroft Arts
Centre, Main Hall and Wednesdays at 7.30pm at Bromsgrove School, Dance Studio.
