Hi
It’s been too long since I sent regular content to you, so I am going to be starting a weekly newsletter and update you on everything that has happened in the past few months ...
Life has been quite eventful with some positives such as celebrating Paul’s big birthday in March in Liverpool then travelling to Colombia for a holiday, to too many negatives including closing my second studio and dealing with a chronic shoulder injury to name a couple.
The good news is that I am now working from my Garden Gym and back in the community teaching group sessions after a year of being very unhappy in the new studio. I have been referred to a shoulder specialist and although I have no idea how long that will take, I am keeping it mobile and strong
through weight training and Pilates so at least I will be strong and in a good place should I require any surgery.
Spending a year in the new studio was not a positive experience for me! The exhaustion of dealing with the problems I had
there caused lack of time for myself, absence of mental space which took its toll on my personal health and all this happened during midlife causing my menopause symptoms to worsen.
During this period, I reflected on health, life, and
business. I've come to appreciate even more the good health we often take for granted. We should be more mindful of our well-being because life can change in an instant, literally.
As a result, I've decided to shift the focus of
my business. While menopause remains significant to me as I'm still navigating through it, I want to guide midlife women to reclaim their well-being, energy, and body, one step at a time. Because even small changes can make a significant difference.
Becoming and staying healthy is actually pretty simple, but sometimes we forget the basics. Instead of focusing on fancy diets, supplements, and superfoods, what we really need are some good old-fashioned habits and a little help from others. Having a plan, getting support, and being part of a community can make all the difference. Simple doesn't mean easy though.
From now on, I want to share my knowledge and work together with women who want to feel healthy and full of energy again. It's not just for themselves, but also to inspire their families to do the same. I'm excited to work with women who don't let their age define them and who are determined to live their happiest and healthiest
lives.
This month, I will be running a FREE 14 Day Online Challenge to help women over 40 feel
strong during the midlife phase. “Fitness After 40: Take control of your menopause with the right exercise for you”
You will be astonished how good you can feel by doing the right type of exercise for where you are in life, right
now!
Whether you are in peri-menopause, menopause or post menopause, I will be helping you to find your inner energy, excitement, and get you feeling strong during the midlife phase. It's about rediscovering what makes you happy, trying
new things, and facing the ups and downs with bravery.
I want to inspire and help women on their midlife journey. I want to give them the confidence, energy and a sense of purpose to live their best lives.

you have any friends, family or colleagues who you think will benefit from this training, get them to sign up too. I want to help as many women as possible through this phase of their lives. I know how difficult it can be and want women to benefit from what I have personally and professionally experienced and learnt about menopause!
That's all for now. Have an incredible week.
