I was sitting here thinking about how very grateful I am for you today.
Â
I have to admit that
this year has been a challenge and I haven’t been showing up on social media or sending e-mails as regularly as I would like to. Closing The Studio last year affected me far more than I thought it would and it felt like I had lost a huge part of my life! It’s been challenging getting the new studio up and running and it’s not been without its setbacks. I have had some personal issues to deal with too.Â
Â
2022 has been difficult at times and in order to deal with these and not get burnt out again, I needed to take some things off my plate so I could have time to process this, still serve my current clients and work on my gratitude for everything that I do have.Â
Â
Christmas is one of my favourite times of the year because I’m constantly reminded of how much I have to be grateful for: people I love, my home, my health, my business, and obviously - you. :)
Â
Life is always so, so busy, but this time of year gives us a wonderful opportunity to sit a bit more quietly, reflect, and realise how wonderful it all actually is.
Â
Despite pandemics, external circumstances, or anything else going on, what I know to be true is that there is always an abundance of things to be grateful for.
Â
And the more
you express and recognise your gratitude for them, the more wonderful things you invite into your life!
Â
Nicola Carless Fitness & BeFit may be a small part of your day or week, but it’s my life 24/7.
Â
You may not even currently be a client of mine. But I want you to know I spend most days and nights thinking about how I can serve you, get you better results, and create a more powerful experience for you.
Â
You chose me to work with or engage with on some level, and for that, I cannot express my gratitude enough. So come the new year, it’s my duty to make sure I am serving you at levels higher than what you ever expected.Â
Â
You are the lifeblood of Nicola Carless Fitness and BeFit and because of that, it is important for me to stop and tell you how much you are appreciated, cared for, and valued. As a current, past, or future client and as an incredible human being.
Â
In a world of constant change and facing the unknown more than ever, I like to make sure I remind myself daily what I’m most grateful for. Sometimes they’re small things and sometimes they’re huge.
Â
Getting into a habit of daily gratitude practice is so incredibly powerful, and it can be as easy as writing down 3 things you’re grateful for and spending one minute on each, eyes closed, feeling it and living it.
Â
As I close this message, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and let you know that I am unbelievably grateful for YOU.
Â
One little favour to ask...can you reply to this email/comment below and share with me 3 things
that you’re grateful for? It will make my day even brighter! :)

Love Nicki xx
