They run on Tuesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10.30am.

Kettlercise classes will be held on Tuesdays 7pm – 7.45pm and Saturdays at 10.30am – 11.15am at BeFit.
We provide the Kettlebells for you to use in class and they range from 2 Kilos to 12 Kilos but you are more than welcome to bring your own with you if you have one.
In order to secure your place you will need to pre-book and pay for the class in advance.
