We went into
Birmingham on Friday, not to see any games unfortunately! With all that’s been going on over the last 12 months I just hadn’t thought about getting tickets so we went into the centre to Centenary Square where they have the Bull they used at the opening ceremony for the Commonwealth Games.
I haven’t been into Birmingham since well before Covid so it’s been a while. It was buzzing, such a fantastic atmosphere.
I am loving the current weather too and hope it lasts a while longer. I definitely could live in a country with all year sun!!
I’m going to be adding some new courses and sessions in September at BeFit and also my 21 Day Online Program for anyone who wants to get back on track but can’t make it to in person sessions.
The summer months can be challenging to stay on track with our nutrition and exercise and I know most people will want to get back to it come September when the schools return and they get back into their usual routines!
My LIFT ladies and Personal Training clients have made wins despite the summer months as I have too with my own training. The groups are amazing and they have achieved so much more than just weight loss. They have experienced better sleep, clearer skin, more confidence, they are not only stronger
physically but mentally too.
