Option 2: PILATES 8 WEEK COURSE! Starts Tuesday 9th May 6pm at BeFit
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control
and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
Pilates will help you if you have back and neck problems and will help to flatten your stomach as well as strengthening your whole body.
