Have you booked your classes for next week yet?

Only a few spaces remaining on Kettlercise so be quick if you would like to join us.

Here are the details of the classes we are running from The Main Hall, Avoncroft Arts Centre

ALL CLASSES ARE HELD AT THE MAIN HALL AVONCROFT ARTS CENTRE, REDDITCH ROAD, STOKE HEATH, BROMSGROVE (Do not go to the museum, that is a different building!)

PLEASE NOTE: ALL CLASSES AND COURSES NEED TO BE PRE-BOOKED.

PILATES & BOOTCAMP SESSIONS MARKED ** ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO BOOK ON GYMCATCH AS THESE SESSIONS ARE RUN AS SEPARATE COURSES.

If you prefer to workout from the comfort of your own home, then why not join my online studio. This will give you access to over 1000 of my pre-recorded sessions. Once payment has been received, you will be added to our private Facebook group where you will be able to join me live and on catch up and you will have full access to all the classes in the group for the duration of your membership.
