How is your January going so far?
Have you promised yourself you will get fitter this year but haven’t got back into exercising yet?
We had such a good response to our Kettlercise class we will be starting tonight…..it got fully booked within hours of sending out the e-mail and we have people on the waiting list!
Due to the high demand for our classes, we are excited to announce that we will be adding a 30 minute Legs & Abs Attack class to our timetable on Thursdays 6.45pm – 7.15pm with effect from Thursday 13th January
2022.
The class will be held at the Main Hall at Avoncroft Arts Centre.

Join me to target and tone those wobbly bits at my Legs & Abs Attack Class. Here's why you should try this class:
- Maintain a healthy weight - Legs & Abs Attack is a lower body workout which gets your heart pumping,
burns calories and contributes to maintaining a healthy weight when done regularly
- Build stamina - you'll be working on your cardio so you'll be able to stay active for
longer
- Tone your body - as the name suggests, the class focuses on those areas where fat is hard to shift. All
the exercises are created to tone up your tummy, bum and thighsÂ
- Increase flexibility and coordination - no two exercises are the same, so you'll work on your flexibility
and coordination
- Reduce stress and build confidence - hard day? A Legs & Abs Attack workout will have you moving to the music, releasing endorphins (feel-good hormones) and better physically and mentally
- Stay motivated - meet new people and become a regular at one of our
classes.
- It’s fun!
- It’s suitable for all abilities.

What to bring to a Legs & Abs Attack Class?
Comfort is key to enjoying the class, so please wear breathable clothing such as a lightweight vest or t-shirt, leggings and a sports bra (if you're a woman) and trainers. You want to be able to move and stretch with ease. Plus
bring a bottle of water to class with you and your own mat and towel.

Legs & Abs Attack will be held on Thursdays 6.45pm – 7.15pm at The Main Hall, Avoncroft Arts Centre.
In order to secure your place, you will need to pre-book and pay for the class in advance.
