Fit 4 Life is a low impact class tailored to suit older adults, those wanting to get back into fitness after a long break and beginners who are looking to get active in a sociable and supportive environment.
Fit 4 Life will help you to improve your flexibility, balance, strength, heart health and cognitive skills.
The exercises are suitable for all levels of fitness. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace and level.
If necessary the exercises can be done seated and the class is open to both men and women.
Tea and coffee is available for free after the class for a bit of a social morning.
Booking is preferred but not essential so you can just come along on the day.
